Below is an actual mail survey we used in a pre-campaign planning study for the American Red Cross. What’s important about the surveys is that the questions are framed in such a way as to educate and cultivate – not just seek opinion. Spell out the case for funding in the survey questions. Using questions that start with “Did you know” help provide this cultivation.
